Refund & Returns Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before making your purchase. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We’re confident you’ll fall in love with your SIMPLY SELF products as much as we have, but if for any reason you’re unhappy with your recent purchase, we will honour a 14 day money-back guarantee from the date you received the goods. Goods must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. You will also be required to cover the cost of returning the item and SIMPLY SELF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

If the item is deemed faulty by SIMPLY SELF the item must be returned, at the customers expense, within 7 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our refund policy requirements may be denied. Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a full refund or exchange. We will do our best to exchange your item if there is a manufacturing fault depending on whether we have that particular item in stock. In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.

Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of $7 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
